Prayer Group

Members meet once a week (currently, Thursday afternoons from 4 to 5 pm) to pray for all of the people on the prayer list. Members also pray for people on the list privately during the week, and try to keep track of the condition of those persons so we know how they are doing. New members are welcome to simply join the group for a Thursday meeting.

Prayers of the People

This is a relatively new ministry within the context of the 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship service. Teams are comprised of two people, one male and one female, who alternate in reading the petitions of the form of the Prayers of the People selected for the liturgical season. Each team serves only one week at a time, with several months in between scheduled readings.
